Baxter Merry

Baxter Merry is a multi-award-winning Producer, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He has, at one time or another, performed nearly every role in production*, but found his home in VFX a decade ago. As a Producer, he has worked on shows like The Expanse, Fargo, Fear the Walking Dead, Stranger Things, Star Trek: Discovery and many others. At Foxtrot X-Ray, Baxter helps visionaries make their visual dreams come to life.

Baxter spent the first 8 years of his career cutting his teeth as a Sound Designer, Editor, Engineer and Composer, where his first team won an Emmy, and he designed sound openings for two Rolling Stones world tours. World tours sounded like a great idea, so he set off across the alps to shoot the 2015 Tour de France and has produced two travel shows, the international festival winning feature and short films Kidnap Capital and Withheld, and PBS’ hit kids animated series, Daniel Tiger.
